The car rental counters are all located in the airport departure hall. BUDGET and AVIS are together, as AVIS has actually acquired BUDGET. The staff had a good service attitude and the pick-up process was convenient. They gave me a car that had only 7000 kilometers on it, and it surprisingly had a backup camera! Returning the car was also easy; just park the car in the P3 parking lot and then return the keys and documents to the counter. You pick up the car from P3 as well!

The car was what we paid for. Riga staff offered an upgrade but we declined. Service staff at Riga were top notch. Service staff at Tallinn also were very good. At the time we were in Tallinn the staff were busy with a number of customers but did their best to answer questions.

The booking was with CARSRENT but the car was provided by Green Motion. After you sign everything and return home, you may suddenly receive 'fines' claiming you violated the contract.

Car key obtained from Hertz counter, staff super good and friendly. Although a smaller car is given, Toyota Rav4 instead of Toyota land cruise, but everything is good.

Reliable and efficient. The most important the price is unbelievable low till all my friends are so surprising on this deal.

If you rent out a car you should allowed minor damages. Don't use it! They scam you for money, making up stories. No one there early morning to inspect the vehicle, but then they sent you video of damages. I didn't drive this car most of my trip, it was parked. I traveled a lot and it was first time when they sent me a bill for minor damages like windshield chip and scratch on the bumper that was not there when i dropped it off. My mistake I didn't take the video. I would give them 1 Star! Very disappointing!

Automatic transmission, which was a pleasant surprise. They didn't have wifi availible that day but they gave me a map with good instructions. Very pleasant experience.

Easy to compare with other booking services. Insurance included was a big savings!

The rental office was not at the address given on the confirmation, so we called and they picked us up.
