Decent people, but I guess you get what you pay for. Quite old car. 165K on the clock. Was actually younger than the first one they offered us. 3 different brands of tyres on, all quite worn. No car guide or manual.

The Europcar Interational terminal was understaffed causing a queue of customers who had to wait for a hour. We were sent to the Domestic terminal Europcar branch because QEEQ had booked the wrong terminal. The domestic terminal staff were very helpful, even staying after closing time to ensure we were served. They kindly gave us an upgrade because of all the trouble we had gone through being at the wrong terminal

This whole process was a dream . Transfer and pick up v easy and Chris on reception was a role model in customer service. He handled our queries exceptionally well and also the short notice extension- brilliant

Seems ok but happy with price paid

The KIA van we got was huge. Exactly enough space for 6 adults, 6 big suitcase and 4 carry-on sized bags. The car was clean on the outside, some dirt on the floor, which was difficult to remove as the car had no floor mats. We had to fill up the window flusher liquid, as it was totally empty upon pick up. The car performed great and was a breeze to drive long distance.

The counter staff were great. The car was old, stinky, and had some mechanical issues.

The pick up and drop off process took 60-75 minutes from reaching the airport to departing with the car (and vice versa). Extremely slow due to the shuttle process (waited 30-45 minutes both ways). The counter staff is reasonably pleasant, but the shuttle service is quite poor. The ideal service would be to wait less than 10 minutes on each side and this is far from that!

Service at the counter was fast. It was even faster dropping off.

Very easy to use and love the insurance option and also the reminder texts as a trip comes up. But the text for how to pick up the car was confusing- the pickup was at the Thrifty airport desk and did not require a phone call to have the car delivered.

Thrifty were excellent.

The car matched the booking car. Rental process was seamless. We returned the car 2 days before the expected return date, and we hope to get a refund for the two days not used.

Booking process was good. Hopefully I can get back the two days for my earlier return of the car.

Car was fine but a Fiat 500 was smaller than a Corsa - which I booked.

All good.

Do not recommend !! I’ve always rented cars and used my progressive full coverage insurance I have or credit card benefits and they would not accept and made me pay over $300 for their coverage.

Not the car I wanted. I wanted a Nissan Kicks and they deliver a Chrevolet Captiva. It is a bigger car but I did not wanted a bigger car, it consumes almost double the gas of a Nissan Kicks and we needed to uses for very long trips. Also insurance cost higher... The personnel a the counter did not tell me that it was another car so I assumed it was the requested vehicle. Only after we got to the delivery location, I saw it was a Chevrolet Captiva but we where in a hurry so I took the car.

Did not used nor knew about Price Drop Protector... I will try the app next time. reservation was ok.

Budget debited my payment card for nearly 400 euro which still hasn’t been returned to my account.

Hello , I rented a car from budget desk from suvarnabhumi airport at 20:00 on 17th February. Your staff at front desk was very rude. She was trying to explain ‘taking photo of the fine of driving high speed brochure and send as email’. At the beginning , I didn’t understand because of Thai accent. then she started speaking with very high tone and ugly speaking sound. these girls at front deck can be more polite with Thai smile
