Super easy and quick to rent the car.

Pick-up was really smooth and the staff were super attentive.

Wait time wasn’t too bad and the paperwork was simple. The staff kept trying to upsell different add-ons, but just firmly saying no the whole time worked fine.

The rental counter is right inside the airport and the cars are parked in the airport lot. I was done with the paperwork in just a few minutes and could drive off straight away.

I booked a Polo but they upgraded me to a T-Roc (I think it’s called 探歌 in China). The car was really new and spotless, the paperwork only took a few minutes, and the staff were super friendly.

Car’s condition was just okay – the seat stitching was coming apart, there was no washer fluid at all, and the steering was so heavy I honestly wondered if something was wrong. But for the price it’s amazing value, and I saw a lot of people on the road using cars from this company too!
