The whole process was really straightforward and hassle‑free, and the staff were super patient and helpful.

When picking up the car, the staff wouldn’t accept the QEEQ booklet as a valid license. In the end, they only released the car after I showed a notarized document with a Hague Apostille. Everything else was fine, but if you’re booking with this company, make sure your documents will actually be accepted at pickup.
