Everything was ready nice and early, and the signs in the arrivals hall clearly pointed us to the right garage to pick up the car.

Really great experience, everything was awesome. The counter is right inside the airport, you see it as soon as you walk out after landing, just a few dozen meters away on foot. They’re open 24/7, always staffed, so no need to worry about picking up the car in the middle of the night.

Pickup was really quick. The service desk is on the first floor of the Wynn, tucked away in a corner so you may need to ask security for directions. Once you get the keys, just head down to B1 to pick up the car. The vehicle had only about 2,000 miles on it, basically brand new. Drove about 1,200 miles on a West Coast road trip and everything went smoothly.

They actually gave us the Cross version, which was a nice surprise. Really happy they didn’t try to push any extra insurance. After returning the car we needed a ride back to our hotel/airport and they very readily drove us back, even though it was a few kilometers away.

Staff were really friendly, and the sales pitch was pretty low‑key and simple.
