To join the Price Drop Protector program, ensure you have a qualifying booking and a QEEQ.COM account. Once you have logged in, you will participate in the program.

If you’re logged in while making your reservation, Price Drop Protector will be automatically enabled for you. You can view and manage the Price Drop Protector settings on the booking details page. If you haven’t signed in yet, you can activate tracking by logging into your account.       

Price Drop Protector is activated only after your original booking is confirmed. If your booking status is "to be confirmed," your Price Drop Protector settings will be saved and activated automatically once the booking is confirmed.

A Price Drop is applicable only if an identical itinerary is found with the same car type, insurance package, and pick-up and drop-off details as your original reservation. Additionally, the car must be available and the price on www.qeeq.com must be lower than what you originally paid or will pay at the counter.

It depends.Our customers have saved from 20 USD to more than 1000 USD.You can set your preference like how much you want to save.It might be 5%, 10%, 20%, or way more than that.If the rental rate drops to your desired price, we will either notify you via email or automatically re-book you.

Yes, we will rebook you from the same car rental store.

Once successfully rebooked, you can either pay less at pick-up or receive a refund after your trip. For fully prepaid bookings, the refund difference will be credited to the original payment card within 7-15 working days. For partially prepaid bookings, the prepay difference will also be refunded to the original card within the same timeframe. For pay-at-pick-up bookings, simply pay the reduced amount at pick-up.
