Can I drive the rental car to another country?

You can determine whether you can take a rental car into another country during the booking process. On the booking page, there's an option labeled "Traveling across to other countries?" Simply select the countries you wish to visit and you will see the cross-border policies. If you already have a booking, please contact customer to confirm cross-border policy.

Can I pick up my car at one location and return it to a different location?

Yes, you can arrange to pick up your car at one location and return it to another. However, you will incur a 'one-way fee' for this service. We will clearly indicate whether the one-way fee is included in the rental price or if there are any additional costs at the time of booking. 


Once you have picked up your car, please contact the car rental company directly if you wish to drop it off at a different location. You can find their phone number on the rental agreement you received when you picked up the car.

What if I need to pick up or drop off my rental car out of office hours?

If your pick-up or drop-off is outside of office hours, we'll display only the cars available for your selected times. Some car rental companies include an after-hours service fee in the rate, while others may charge this fee at pick-up. Please check the booking page for specific details.

What type of fuel does my car use?

If you're unsure about the type of fuel your car requires, please double-check with the counter staff when picking up your vehicle. Additionally, you may find a label indicating the correct fuel type inside the petrol cap.

What is the fuel policy for my rental car?

We display the fuel policy for each car during the booking process. Most cars come with a 'Full to Full' fuel policy, which we recommend, but there are other options as well. 


Full to Full: The fuel tank will be full or partly full when you pick up the car. Before returning the car, refill the fuel to the level it was when you picked it up, or the rental company will charge you for refueling. 

Free Tank: A full tank of fuel is included in the rental price. The tank will be full when you pick up the car, and you can return it with any amount of fuel in the tank. 

Full to Empty: You'll pay for the fuel in the tank when you pick up the car. It's best to return the car with as little fuel as possible, as the rental company won't refund you for any unused fuel. 

Level to Level: The vehicle should be returned with the same amount of fuel it had when you received it.

What are the mileage conditions for my rental car?

You can find the mileage policy in the car's terms and conditions, which are available during the booking process. Once you've booked, the mileage details will also be included in your confirmation email. If the mileage conditions are unclear, our team will reach out to the car hire company on your behalf after your booking is confirmed.

What is a fuel policy?

The fuel policy for your rental car outlines how you will handle fuel costs and whether you need to refill the tank before returning the car. You can find the specific fuel policy for each car in its description. Most rentals use a 'Full to Full' policy, which is often the best value. Under this policy, the car will be provided with a full tank, and you are required to return it with a full tank as well.

Can I change the fuel policy of my booking?

Unfortunately, the fuel policy cannot be changed, as it is determined by the car rental companies individually.
