Driver's License in United Arab Emirates
To rent a car and drive in the United Arab Emirates the driver must present a valid driver's license which has been held for at least 1 or 2 years (according to different car hire company).
Customers with the following national driver's license can drive in the United Arab Emirates without an International Driving Permit (IDP): Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Great Britain, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Romania, South Africa, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland. Please note that customers from Greece, Japan, Korea and Turkey must present a valid translation of their licenses approved by the Council or Embassy.
All other customers must present a valid International Driving Permit (IDP) together with their original driver's license at the

I think that you should NOT include any rental companies that do not have offices. Or you should state that UPFRONT so I don’t have to learn about it after I book.
