I am very satisfied with the condition of the car. It was a new vehicle with only 10,000 kilometers, very clean and easy to drive. Returning the car was also very convenient. However, I'm a bit disappointed with one of the staff members, an American lady, who recommended an upgrade to a different model. After we declined, she became impatient and had a poor attitude. Additionally, the wait time was a bit long, probably due to the peak season in July. I'm not sure if the Jeep Cherokee we got is of the same class as the Santa Fe we had originally booked.

The car pickup process took quite a long time, and the procedure to change cars during the trip was cumbersome and inefficient, which forced us to alter our itinerary. However, the return process was quick and simple, although the shuttle intervals were somewhat long.
