Got an upgrade on my car because I'm a Gold Plus member which is good. The service was easy and great. But they've charged one extra day of me and I needed to call they to undo that, so this made the experience not to be 100%

We were given an upgrade to an SUV which was larger than we wanted. However after initial hesitation we accepted it (with a half tank of petrol included) and it proved very satisfactory on the wide roads and long distances of British Columbia.
