Needs to stay open later in the evening to cover late arrivals.

The car was a Hyundai Tucson, but it almost similar to a Toyota RAV4 The waiting time at the meeting place (Viscount station) was more than 40 minutes. If there is no luggage, it is much faster to reach the place on foot in approximately 15 minutes. The staff does not want to admit that the insurance policies were not bought from them, they did not give the car without buying additional insurance from them! They also charged extra for after-hours car pick-up despite the fact that I arrived at the meeting place on time. The tank was only 2/3 full. The difference is not reimbursed for returning the car with a full tank.

Car rental experience was exceeded my expectations. There's a little bit of wait on the line to accommodate but reasonable when you are renting a car. The car is immediately available after the counter check-in.

I would like to suggest that all information should be disclosed to avoid the long wait on the line up in the counter.

They need a much better system for pickups. You call; they say someone is on their way. You wait. You call; they say someone is on their way. You wait. You call; they say someone is on their way. You wait. It is only a 5-minute drive.

Pague por adelantado el seguro del vehículo pero al llegar tuve que pagar otro seguro. El segundo chofer que nos llevó de ACE al aeropuerto. Nos trató muy mal

The people were kind and courteous. The car was great, clean, and perfect for what we needed. They got us checked in and out super fast. I enjoyed renting from them. Definitely, will use them when we go back to PR. On a separate note: I did have an Apple Air tag on our keyring that I forgot to take off. I did call twice and no one could find it, even though it pings that it's at the car rental location. I'll call again to see if they found it.

Se intento llamar a servicio al cliente en varias ocasiones. Nunca se obtuvo respuesta. Desde mi punto de vista, ofrecer la renta de un vehículo, sin ningún tipo de seguro, me parece un poco engañoso; puesto que, al momento, de retirar el vehículo, el cliente es forzado a tener que contratar algún tipo de seguro, de no tener uno particular. El monto de la renta termino siendo el doble de lo ya pagado por el vehículo.

Hidden charges (out of province fee of $50 per day / rental car insurance fee of $10 per day) plus others more than doubled the initial hire fee. Terrible & deceitful tactics designed to gauge the customer without any other option really of changing to another provider. NEVER USE AGAIN!

Additional charges need to be more clearly stated at the time of booking.

The car itself was fine, but the overall experience was poor. Pick up did not go well having to wait 20+ minutes for the airport shuttle, then a further hour or so sorting out all the paperwork. This included being told I had to pay extra for 'their insurance' having already upgraded insurance on the original booking. When I booked the car it was good value for money but with this 'extra insurance' that they insisted I purchased it was comparable with other more reputable brands. To be honest, I was fearing the worst dropping the car back. There were several stressed customers there not happy about the insurance 'extras' and/or the time it was taking (reflecting my own experience). However, drop off was relatively straightforward although I was kept waiting about 20 minutes for the shuttle to return me to the airport. All in all, not a good experience and I will be careful to check reviews / use a more reputable company in the future.

ACE has a lot of bad reviews and would query whether QEEQ want to continue promoting them...

Great car! The RPMS light came on everyday however!

It was quick and easy service. Took me fee mintues to get our rental cat.

Did not accepted my credit card and I have to buy additional insurance to be able collect the car.

Simple car rental process

The car had some lights that came on intermittently on the dashboard which staff said were due to a sensor. I would recommend this get fixed, there were no issues with the running of the car.

Staff at the counter was trying really hard to make me pay for the mandatory insurance coverage (25 dollars a day!), even if I showed that it was already included in the reservation. After a really long discussion a Manager arrived and in 10 seconds confirmed that it was already included...

I waited for more than one hour to get my car. Not only there is a long line, your staff members left their posts one by one. Thank made the waiting longer. No explanation as to why.

Do as you say, and say as you do. You will learn customers' trust.
