Excellent service! I extended the rental by 10 days without any upfront payment. They let me drive first and only charged me when I was leaving. The guy was very nice and even gave me a discount. No inspection at return, and my deposit was refunded the next day. Very satisfied, will rent from them again next time. They also upgraded my car.

Poor vehicle condition, with three unrepaired damages. Poor service, minor collisions must be handled by the user at the police station. The car's dashcam SD card was also damaged, so the police couldn't retrieve any data. It took several days to handle everything by myself, with communication, coordination, traveling, providing various documents, and explanations, with a total duration of over 6 hours. A very small scratch cost a full coverage deductible of 4000 THB.
