Picking up and returning the car was very convenient. Although the mileage was high, the car was still clean when handed over. Some small details need improvement, such as providing charging cables and phone holders. Later, I switched to another local car rental company, which offered more amenities.
The vehicle was not in good condition, it had been in a collision before and had some damage. The mileage was also quite high. During the rental period, the car key suddenly stopped working, and after a lot of troubleshooting, it was discovered that the key battery was dead. Upon contacting the rental company Hertz, customers were asked to purchase and replace the battery themselves, which doesn't seem very reasonable. Overall, not very satisfied.
The airline had delays for both outbound and inbound flights, which was really frustrating. Despite this, the staff patiently waited even late at night, and their response and handling were incredibly fast.
