AVIS is great, the deposit is low and it was refunded immediately after returning the car, unlike others that take one or two months.

The car pickup was very convenient, located just across from the exit of Buffalo Airport. The service was excellent, and the pickup process was very quick. Returning the car was also straightforward; you simply drive to the parking area on the basement level. Since the parking attendant had already left, I parked the car and handed the keys to the front desk on the first floor, where there's always likely to be someone. The staff just asked a few questions about the car’s condition and fuel level, and it was done. It felt great!

I believe this is the largest car rental company in the US, their service is really impeccable!

There were very few people, no need to queue. The rental car hall is right across the road from the arrivals hall, with counters for all major rental companies.

The staff at the store were very unprofessional and unhelpful, which was due to the inconsistency between the rental information on the Zūchēché system and AVIS's system. Specifically, I selected full insurance coverage when booking on the Zūchēché website, but the receipt printed by AVIS did not include any insurance. This could easily lead to disputes.
