Like: Europcar will be always my first option as I will be my first option always. I'm quite familiar with their requirements, procedures and they always offer better deals and great service. Dislike: The staff members are always very nice and friendly at Europcar Artamon. However, this time the guy in the reception was a pretty amateur. It took me a long time for me to pick the car up. I had to provide all my information again despite of my online prebooking was done weeks before. I am also a privileged member of Europ Car and they always have my information available in their system. This guy even asked my passport run back at the office to make a copy (??) did not get why as my driven licence was provided. Quite uncommon if you're not from overseas. The procedures this time was very uncommon and that's why I will not give 100% satisfaction.
