Like: Family and friends visit. Great trip
Dislike: The staff member at uplift advised there was no insurance cover in the contract and tried to sell me further cover. Sorting through travel documents for the AXA confirmation letter to prove insurance was in place should not have been necessary.

The staff's attitude was poor. The order price was 581 yuan, but they charged me almost 1000 yuan on site.

The counter staff was really friendly and was here to welcome me as I booked a car outside of the opening hours.

Dislike: The rental was about $70 per day, but that included about $40 per day Airport charge ! Had I known this I would have rented a car in town.

Like: the scenery in nelson to picton awsome, also the other side to motueka, lovely, weekend not long enough - weather fantastic

Both cars were dinged up and scratced moreso than any other rentals we noticed. Wny put a big sticker advertising Apex on the car when it doesn't look good?

Excellent staff, car was new, clean and reliable. Staff was helpful in everyway. Drop off was easy and the shuttle to the airport was immediate.

The car was old and vastly different from the same category models. The address and phone number provided were incorrect, making communication extremely inconvenient. Their cars are not suitable for self-driving tours.

Like: Traci who served me on 20 July 2018 at 2pm when I dropped off my car was so friendly and helpful. For that, I will be back. She dropped me off at the airport as well.

Staff were exceptionally helpful, providing booklet with local traffic laws and resources for people new to driving on the left side of the road.

Like: Outstanding friendly service. Staff went way beyond their call for duty. Stretched their services to such a great extent to accommodate our demands. Free upgrade of vehicle, free extended after hours return, offered us friendly personal advice and travel tips. Overlooked a small scratch without charging us extra. Highly recommend.
Dislike: A short delay in picking up but no worries at all.
