The counter staff were helpful but when we arrived it was super busy and waited 30-40 min to pick up.

Prices were great and would use the company sgain.

It was OK. Car was slightly smaller than what I expected. Off airport wasn’t actually that convenient really.

Someone should have come to meet me / pick me up at the airport with some identification with my name on it.

車両受取時、傷の説明なしにもかかわらず返却時は細かく写真を撮っていた。 ガソリンを1.5m先のスタンドでフルチャージしたにも関わず1km先でしなおせと言われた。 また、飛行機に間に合わない、と何度も伝えてもガソリンを入れ直さないといけない、の一点張り。

Very helpful, friendly, fast, efficient. Best rental company I have ever used.

Rental was quick and simple. Only issue was car was not what i booked snd was a slightly smaller car. With 2 people that was not an issue but the only car they had for me was a car - a Prius, i hate. A car that is mostly used by taxi’s and caused me a lot of jokes. Not good.

The Avis employee in charge was especially helpful. His name is Shon Middleton, and I want to thank him for outstanding customer service! He followed up with me to ensure that we found the car to our liking. That’s exceptional customer service!
