The attitude of the local black woman was average. The worst part was that neither Google Maps nor Apple Maps could find the pickup location. It was actually less than half a kilometer from the airport, but I ended up spending $15 on a taxi to get there. When returning the car, there was no navigation address, so I had to stop and ask for directions, which was very unsafe.

The service is very good, but the price is still a bit high.

Like: They replaced me with an upgraded car. The car was clean and the condition was satisfactory. The employees were also kind. It was delayed due to the typhoon, but extended without additional money and it was a pleasant experience.
Dislike: nothing!

It's okay. The car seems to have issues with the chassis; there's a noticeable noise when the steering wheel is turned fully. The gaps between the front and rear bumpers and the car body are quite large, making the car look uneven.

Stayed at the hotel, the car was delivered to us, and after using it, it was returned to the hotel.

Very satisfied!

The car was very adequate for our needs. The car's interior was clean as was the exterior but there were quite a few minor dents and scratches that were noted before I took possession of the car otherwise it was mechanically sound although the electrical motor for the driver side mirror adjustment was out of order. I was able to adjust it by hand. I very much appreciated the shuttle service to our hotel as well as the service of letting us and the keys off at the parking lot rather than going to the rental kiosk inside the airport.

Terrible service: The store is 3km away from downtown Guam. I confirmed the pick-up time at the hotel in advance via WeChat, but the driver was 40 minutes late. When we arrived at the car rental office, the owner realized he forgot the office keys and other staff were not present either. It took over an hour to get the car because the owner also forgot to refuel it and had to go fill the tank. Returning the car: I arrived at the agreed return time, but no one was in the office. The owner said he was busy and made me wait for 3 hours before he showed up. The service was extremely poor.

It was convenient as we could handle everything directly at the airport and the car was parked in the airport parking lot.

Like: The car was in great condition. Service was good.
Dislike: I could see CDWinsurance was included in my rsv on voucher but I went to office for picking up the car, the staff said it's not included. I showed her my voucher and she said it's Easyrentcars' side and I should pay for ir if I want.Anyway I didn't take it but It made me confused and the staff was so impolite.

The rental company is right inside the airport, very easy to find. The car was brand new with only 1011 miles on it, and it still had a temporary license plate. It was very comfortable to drive.
