Major company.

Did not inform about changing to snow tires, got a ticket in Norway.

Like: Great upgrade at no extra cost with no selling techniques easy. Easy straight forward pickup and drop off. Only downside was 2 drop off locations at arlanda airport Sweden perhaps a drop off post code clearly displayed in the car would help
Dislike: Everything was great good value easy pickup and drop off with no hassle

The car was in superb condition. There was confusion at pick up whereby the infant car seat provided was for a toddler rather than a baby, and at midnight there was no one there to help install the correct seat so we had no isofix or anything for the length of the stay. Also inconvenience at midnight with a tired baby and child to try and work out what to do. However that was the only issue.

It was okay.

Like: We loved the whole experience, super quick and friendly and we also got an amazing upgrade to a one month old Volvo!

Satisfied with the car pickup

Great, this is the second time.

Upgraded to an A6 station wagon, which tripled the cost. Why the upgrade? No idea. Asked why and didn’t understand a word of the explanation due to the language barrier.

Due to language barriers, I initially thought I received a free upgrade to an automatic car. I didn't check the receipt carefully and later found out at the hotel that the charges were much higher than my booking. I went back to dispute it and finally got my money back! Seems I need to be more cautious in the future; foreigners can have their little tricks too!

No waiting in line, very quick

The store is not big, but the car rental process is self-service using machines. It was the first time I encountered this in all my global car rentals. However, I had some issues—the Chinese driver's license and the Zuzuche white translation paper could not be fed into the scanner. At this point, a staff member came out from behind a rolling door to help me, but we couldn't solve the problem because our document size was too big. He ended up using some document to substitute, which finally resolved the issue. There was another problem during payment; they didn’t accept cash, only credit cards. I asked why they didn't make this clear when I booked the car, and they apologized but still wouldn’t accept cash. I had to use a credit card to pay. The Swedish Krona I exchanged was a niche currency, making it even more cumbersome. I hope Zuzuche and the rental car company can inform customers about this in advance.

Excellent staff, great car!

The car rental company provided excellent service. The car was new with just over 3000 kilometers and had high-end features.

We made the reservation quite late, but to avoid a long wait, they specially arranged a free car upgrade for us.

Picked up the car near Arlanda Airport, not many people, efficient service.
