todo muy bien pero deberían de incluir el costo del seguro

Personals here they treat people very rude, the guy at that moment when I get there after wait for an hour, he was doing some kind of weird things with a calculator, he told me that I have to pay an insurance $134.45 dollars more because he said that they won't allow me to drive the car without it, I told him that I already did went I booked the car, was all include, after arguing I decide to pay cause I was there in the middle of the night, no more option to chose but very angry about it. I pay $385.26 to Easyrentcars plus $134.45 to Budget for a car that is not worth it. For that price I could have a bigger car without to much problem.

The refund I haven't see reflecting in my account yet, but I doubt it. I don't think that I would recommend this website to any of my friends.
