Hello , I rented a car from budget desk from suvarnabhumi airport at 20:00 on 17th February. Your staff at front desk was very rude. She was trying to explain ‘taking photo of the fine of driving high speed brochure and send as email’. At the beginning , I didn’t understand because of Thai accent. then she started speaking with very high tone and ugly speaking sound. these girls at front deck can be more polite with Thai smile

Budget debited my payment card for nearly 400 euro which still hasn’t been returned to my account.

Great downtown location for a renting a car for a 1-day trip for several people to avoid purchasing multiple multiple bus tour tickets!

When I was taking car back, they did not work, so I put documents and keys in a post box. Was concern a little about checking cars and returning deposit.

Don't hire a car from this place even though it's significantly cheap.

Car was a fairly new with a good spec. I couldn't have expected any more. The only issue I would raise is that the Budget booking information stated that they require an International Driving Permit. Even though the UK gov website said it wasn't required by law, I got one just in case . It wasn't requested at pickup.

QEEQ communicated very well and I would use them again.

We asked for a SunPass but the charges werent explained to us and we found the daily admin charge for this quite high.

Loved the price drop calculator - ensured we got the lowest price. Very clear communications.

I did the pre-check and downloaded the Budget app as they said it would save time. When we got to the rental area we had to queue for almost 2 hours. They 'upgraded' the car and then subsequently tried to charge extra. The counter operative was watching baseball on his phone while trying to serve me.

When booking a vehicle in the US territories, double check with your insurer if they will cover you. Our policy only covered continental US & Canada. We had to add on liability insurance on site.

We arrived at 10pm at night due to flight delays. There were over 100 people in the queue and after 30 mins they told us they had only 2 wheel drive vehicles and no others despite booking a 4WD large vehicle. this was the same for most of the people around us. This was unacceptable as we were going to be driving in snow on ski fields for the 5 days. We eventually after 3 hrs saw a customer service person who did provide us with a suitable car but it was much smaller than we had ordered and paid for. We were grateful but would have liked to see a refund for the smaller vehicle. This was not offered at any stage.

Make sure you take plenty of pictures even if the damage seems very superficial . Pay by particular attention to any small chips on windscreen
