The car rental company provided excellent service. I had booked a Mazda 2, but the rental company explained that they never had Mazda cars and it was an error on the QEEQ platform. However, they upgraded me to a higher engine capacity vehicle, which made me very satisfied. The staff was enthusiastic and had a great attitude. The rental location was easy to find. After picking up my luggage, it's to the left of the lobby near Door 1. The car was parked in the parking lot to the left after exiting, very close. Returning the car was also at the same location. As soon as I drove into the parking lot, a staff member came over to inspect the car. The inspection process was simple, and after signing a form, I went to the airport lobby to find the rental company. I handed them the paperwork and just signed another form to complete the process.
Just a little confusion on the booking T&C. The booking indicated it included 3 additional drivers on top of the main driver. However, at pick up counter, the staff insisted it was a total 3 drivers including the main driver.
Like: I liked renting a car here. Very easy to mind in the airport. Fast and friendly staff. Car was excellent with no problems. I would use the again. Dislike: No problems with the firm or the car.
