When picking up the car, the staff on site said there was a 50 dirham airport parking fee. I had not noticed any prior warnings about this. I checked the order on the spot with the staff and we couldn't find any mention of this fee, so he told me, "OK, you don't have to pay it." The rental contract also did not reflect this fee; it only included coverage for car damage, toll fees, and fines. There was no agreement to arbitrarily deduct other fees without consent. Later, I submitted a complaint about this fee to after-sales service. The response was that the app’s screenshot indicated possible charges by the car company, including parking fees, in small gray text. Firstly, the official PDF order from the rental platform did not include this fee. Secondly, since this charge was not collected by the rental platform, it should be governed by my contract with the car rental company. Fortunately, nothing else happened during the rental period. Otherwise, who knows if they would have added cooling fees, labor fees, or health fees. Nobody can tolerate that.
Very poor. The description of insurance in the platform's Zuzuche order and the provided Chinese translation contract were completely inconsistent with the insurance details provided by the rental company. The English version of the rental company’s contract stated that damages exceeding 3500 AED would need to be borne personally. After a minor collision, the police estimated the repair cost to be about 500 AED. However, when returning the car, I was told I had to pay 3500 AED, as they claimed my car did not have any insurance. Their routine procedure is to charge 3500 AED regardless of the size of the collision. I couldn’t reach the Zuzuche platform abroad, and after returning, I immediately contacted after-sales support. The support team said they would contact the rental company, but there has been no update since. Meanwhile, the rental company separately charged 2000 AED and 1675 AED. The platform has not provided any substantial progress and has only replied that they are waiting for a response from the rental company.
Overall, it was a positive experience. The staff were very friendly and had a great attitude. During the return process, they didn't nitpick when inspecting the vehicle. I forgot to bring the inspection sheet from when I picked up the car, but the staff didn't make a fuss about it. They simply had me sign a new blank form, which was very convenient. Will update with additional feedback after highway tolls and other fees (if any) are deducted.
The processing efficiency was low at night because there were very few staff available, and I had to wait a long time. Even though they replaced the car with an almost new JAC, it wasn't as good as Hyundai in terms of performance.
