The credit card deposit was charged instead of only blocking. Now I have to pay the bill and so far the value have not been returned. I'm in contact with my bank to try to avoid paying the value. Besides that, the guy on the pickup was aggressively trying to push their insurance telling horror stories about how easily I could damage the car. This created an unnecessary bad experience.

Par contre au comptoir on a essayé de nous vendre une assurance supplémentaire à 150€ pour éviter la caution à 1000€, les 242€ en cas de rayure, 100€ d’appel téléphonique en cas d’assistance, 142€ si le plein de carburant n’est pas fait.
Nous avons résisté au discours «stressant » puisque easyrentcars comprend une assurance.

Like: Very friendly people and easy to deal. Car was ready and clean. Dislike: Buying insurance from a third party makes your life much more complicate when you go pick the car up. I bought insurance from easy rent cars and when I went to get the car they said, if anything happen to the the car you will have to deal with your insurance and they would hold $1,000 Euros on my Credit Card.
To avoid this situation I decided to buy the insurance from them and be free of any problem if something had happened.
I paid two insurances, they charged me $125 Euros for the insurance.
I didn't see any value for the third party insurance.
