I had a reservation for Sunday, July 28th. I arrived at the pick-up location in the morning, but the door was locked. I had to make an international call to the customer service and was told that the car rental company is closed on Sundays, but my reservation was still accepted. All our travel plans were arranged; what were we supposed to do? The rental platform suggested checking for other car rental companies nearby, but we were in an unfamiliar place! Finally, we managed to find another company but were told there were no cars available. We were really frustrated, but eventually, we found a car six hours later, which somewhat mitigated the loss.
The staff at the store explained the rental process very clearly and was very helpful. He even recommended local restaurants to us. The car wheels were equipped with anti-slip tires.
There was no one at the counter. We waited for two hours before someone showed up. They directly charged my credit card for the fuel without any discussion! I'd recommend renting from a larger company.
Helpful had to ring them as flight was cancelled til next day. Car was running with heater and engine on, useful as it was minus 30. Disappointed that car wasn't the model id booked
Dislike: By mistake I have reserved the car for 10:30 PM and I came earlier 11:00 AM
Finnrent charge me for additions 41 Euro. This first time that a rental car charge me because of it.
