Rental vehicle was supposed to be a Mercedes Benz Vito. But the vehicle i was fiven was a very old, loud, and smelly Peogeot Traveller with iver 85,000 km.

I had insurance still they insisted on buying insurance at the desk, which was expensive. They said the insurance which I have got from easyrentcars.com is not easy to claim in case of any issue.
