The car rental company in Puerto Rico took almost 3 hours from 9 AM to 12 PM. They insisted that we buy their insurance, claiming I hadn't already purchased one. We were in a hurry, so we had to buy it.
1. I already sent them the rental pickup form via email: counter@charliecars.com
2. They said if I already paid, they would refund the amount.
Please coordinate with the car rental company.

Other charges include tolls and a deposit of $150; total is $388, which is more than the rental fee.
