    The company arranged a car to pick us up and take us to their office. When we arrived at the airport parking lot after our flight, the car was already full. The driver politely asked us to wait a moment while he dropped off the other passengers and then came back for us. We waited about 40 minutes before the car returned to take us to the rental company. We waited about 10 minutes at the counter and another 10 minutes for the paperwork. The whole process was very courteous.
