The GOLDCAR - Crete - Airport - Chania car hire location is located out of the airport

After collecting the luggage, the customers have to go outside of the arrivals hall and cross the street.nBehind the taxi rank, the customers will find a private car park.nThe customers can wait there for the Goldcar shuttle bus. This bus will take them directly to our off airport office located very close to the airport.nClients must also return their cars to the rental office, prior to being taken back to the airport.

The computer systems didn't work, so we waited for a long time to pick up the car. The meeting point is hard to find, you need to wait in the sun. The tank wasn't full as in the contract specified. They advertise with a Nissan Qasqai but they gave me a Suzuki Vitara, even if two Nissan were free, they said they were "reserved". Probably because I didn't buy their insurance.
