Pick-up Instructions

COUNTER: Located inside the Sheraton Hotel; at the corner of Route 35 North & Industrial Way. Proceed inside the Hotel front entrance. Bear to the left, past the staircase. Office is on the left, just past the vending machines.n VEHICLES: On-site.n RETURNS: Same as pick-up.n AFTER-HOURS RETURNS: Available. Park & lock the vehicle. Drop keys & completed contract in the Blue Drop box located to the right of office front door. NOTE - CUSTOMER is responsible for vehicle & all charges incurred, until the vehicle & contract can be physically closed out on the next business day.

Drop-off Instructions

Proceed to the Avis rental counter. Show your drivers license and identify yourself as a Preferred Renter to the Avis rental agent in order to receive your preprinted rental document and keys.
