Pick-up Instructions

COUNTER: TRAVELING ON I-270 - Take Exit for Local Exits. From the Local Exits portion of I-270, take Exit 11 (MD-124/Montgomery Village Ave) heading east. Turn right on MD-355S. Turn left on Lakeforest Blvd. Turn right on Russell Ave. Proceed into the Lakeforest Mall, head to Sears Auto Center. Our office is inside Sears Auto Center.n n VEHICLES: On-site, parked outside the office.n n RETURNS: Same as pick-up.n n AFTER-HOURS RETURNS: Not available. Rental vehicle must be returned during office hours.

Drop-off Instructions

Proceed to the Avis rental counter. Show your drivers license and identify yourself as a Preferred Renter to the Avis rental agent in order to receive your preprinted rental document and keys.

The staff kept pushing for an upgrade to a better model. When delivering the car, they refused to inspect it with us and just threw the keys at us, saying that since we had full insurance, any damage wouldn't be a problem. After insisting on an inspection, they reluctantly and hastily accompanied us, merely noting that the entire car had damage. Additionally, the staff did not properly review the order details and charged us twice, only refunding the money after further negotiation.
