The office offers a free shuttle service that comes back and forth between it and the airport depending on your arrival and departure. Initially, I was worried about hidden charges when picking up the car. I specifically told the staff that I had already bought insurance through QEEQ, and they reassured me that there was no need to purchase additional insurance. They didn't try to upsell any services afterwards. It was a smooth and reassuring experience.

The car was in an amazing condition, but the pickup process was so painful. Had to wait 45 minutes for the pickup at the airport to reach the Lava rental site and then another 90 minutes to pick up the car. Lava needs more staff to handle the demand.
