I arrived more than an hour early, and the lady made me wait until the scheduled time to get the car. To my surprise, the car lacked a spare tire. When I asked the front desk, the lady said new cars don't have spare tires and to contact them if there's an issue. I showed her a photo of the odometer reading 160,000 kilometers and asked if it's a new car. Additionally, the fuel level was only a quarter full, making it difficult to refuel upon return.

It was okay. The car pickup was quick. When returning the car, I was 15 minutes past the store's closing time. Initially, the staff was quite rude and said they would charge an extra 30 euros, but after some negotiation, they did not.
