    It was okay. I originally rented a Volkswagen, but the store gave me an Audi A4 instead. The car didn't have sun-protective film, and driving all the way from Naples to Pompeii to Amalfi with traffic on the road felt like roasting under the sun—I almost turned into a roast duck.

    Not bad overall. They didn't provide the originally booked car at pickup. The first car they gave us couldn't fit our luggage, so the staff switched it for another one. At drop-off, the staff checked the car very thoroughly and fined us for wheel scratches.

    The staff at the rental company will try to promote services like prepaid fuel and insurance. After informing them that I've already purchased insurance online, they didn't push further. The car provided wasn't the exact one I booked, but it was of a similar size. Cars in Europe are generally quite small. When I picked up the car, I felt the fuel tank wasn't completely full and was about 1/10th short, but I couldn't be bothered to argue and just drove off. Returning the car was straightforward—just fill the tank completely. The car had some scratches or dents beforehand, which were all noted with pictures on the tablet, making the return process very smooth.

    Pick-up was super quick and efficient. We actually got a newer, upgraded car than the one we booked online. The car was in excellent condition, very fuel-efficient, and really easy to drive with strong power and stable handling. The staff were friendly with no hard selling at all. Both pick-up and return were hassle-free – just hand over the keys and you’re done. The parking area is spacious, very close to the station, and easy to find with Google Maps.
