You can walk to the counter of AVIS - Jackson, Wy car hire.

All renters go to baggage claim. This office is located in the Jackson Hole Airport at 1250 E Airport Rd. Our counter is East of baggage claim located in the center of the Building. Our counter will be the counter to the right. VEHICLES: On-site, parked outside the office. RETURNS: Same as pick-up. AFTER-HOURS RETURNS: Available. Park & lock the car. Place the completed contract & the keys in the After Hours Returns key drop box. Remember to take your personal belongings with you.

    There was no line, but the receptionist deliberately delayed. First, she tried to persuade me to switch cars (saying that the two-wheel drive car I booked was not good and that I should get a 4WD car, but I insisted on not changing, and finally found out they gave me an AWD car); then she aggressively pushed additional insurance, falsely claiming that I didn't have third-party insurance and could not drive without it. After confirming with QEEQ, I refused; finally, she added road assistance and other additional services to the agreement without my consent, and I signed it without carefully checking. When I picked up the car, I didn't notice that the windshield had a palm-sized crack until I had driven a short distance. Luckily, I took a photo at that time, so I didn't face any trouble when returning the car. Conclusion: the store is very poor.
