COUNTER: After customs the customer must continue outside the terminal. An Avis employee duly identified, will help with luggage and shuttle. The customer will be transferred to a location which is 2 kms away from the Airport Terminal where the rental agreement will be issued. No shuttle fee. Distance to vehicle 2 kms, travel time 2 min. Shuttle runs every 3 minutes.

    Staff pushing hard on full insurance... Fortunately I speak Spanish and did my research on what I needed... Many tourists in neighboring counters took full insurance at $40USD a day. Good location though and shuttle was easy to find.
