: Terminal 1 (Lindbergh) is open daily from 6am to 11pm. The rental counter is located in the Transit Hub on level 3. From the baggage claim area, go down one level to Ground Transportation and take the underground tram one stop to the Car Rental building. Take the escalator or elevator to level 3 and follow signs to counter. Rental car counter is located across the street from terminal on level 1.

The entire car rental process with ALAMO was very quick, and the staff were extremely polite and considerate, even reminding us to drive carefully in the snow. When I returned the car, I accidentally left my luggage in the vehicle. By the time I went back to retrieve it, the staff were already waiting with my luggage in hand. I will definitely choose ALAMO again in the future!
