Pick-up Instructions

Office at QPark(carpark) level -2. Detail Directions: 1. Exit Waverley Station via Princess street exit and walk towards Leith Street. 2. Walk downhill on Leith Street and continue until you reach the OMNI Q PARK building. 3. From Leith Street turn right onto Greenside Row. 4. At the corner of Leith Street and Greenside Row is the entrance of the OMNI Q PARK building (pic.1) 5. To enter, you will find a security panel with a silver button(pic.2) in front of the glass doors. 6. Please press the button, and the doors will open for you(pic.3) 7.     The rental location is in a parking garage, just across a bridge from the train station, making pickup and drop-off quite convenient. The staff were friendly and helpful. When returning the car, some scratches on the vehicle weren’t recorded beforehand, so we had to show the photos from pickup as proof. However, they weren’t overly strict and showed reasonable trustworthiness. Make sure to record a video and take photos of the vehicle before pickup.
