If the request is confirmed, the customer must provide their credit card information (number, expiration date, security code) to secure the permit. If renters cancel the cross-border request less than 48 working hours before the pick-up date and time, an administrative fee will be charged to their credit card, and the amount of the fee will be the same as the cross-border fee.
