Pick-up Instructions

Bank Holidays open at 10am-4pm. We are located in our Alfa Romeo/Jeep Showroom in Nuneaton,1 Eliot Park, Nuneaton, CV107RH.To access the New Drivalia desk you will need to enter via the front double doors of the showroom and head past our main reception desk and it will be located in front of you next to our customer waiting area.

Young Driver Fee applies at 23 - 25 years old with charge of GBP 30 per day approximately.

Driver's License Requirements

The main driver and any additional drivers will need to provide a physical full driving license in their name with no major endorsements. The license should be held for at least 2 year(s).

For foreign renters, you need to bring:

Original driving licence + International Driving Permit (IDP)

Please note that an International Driving Permit(IDP) is only a translation and you must present your original driving licence at the counter.

For International Renters: - Must upload or show a valid driving license, passport (or ID card), proof of return to home country and proof of inbound travel. If your licence is not in English, an International Driving Permit is also required. - *Insurance

For local renters, you need to bring:

The customer can take the vehicle overseas, there are some additional charges that would apply. Firstly there is a one off overseas charge of £125 along with a £20 a day green card insurance charge. There is a mileage limit of 100 miles a day, if this is exceeded, there's a charge of 50 pence per mile. The customer would also need to arrange their own European breakdown cover as we can only provide it in the UK.
