After successfully ordering the free airport pick-up and drop-off service, we will send you a request to add a social app (Line, WhatsApp, WeChat) to create a car rental service group for you. Please contact us once you have collected your luggage. We will arrange for a driver to pick you up and complete the rental process, which should take approximately 15 minutes.

Drop-off Instructions

When returning the vehicle, please drive it back to the same address where you picked it up. Our driver will then provide complimentary transportation to the airport or the nearest hotel for your convenience.

    From picking up the car to returning it, the entire team at the rental company was incredibly helpful, patiently answering all our questions. The service was thoughtful, efficient, and the car was clean and easy to drive. This was my fourth time driving in Tokyo, and this rental experience was full of pleasant surprises. Even my family members traveling with me were extremely impressed! Since my sister was using a wheelchair during this trip, the rental company thoughtfully and proactively provided a disabled parking sticker for our car, which made parking much more convenient and allowed us to get plenty of assistance along the way.     Good experience. After placing the order, a group chat was set up in advance to coordinate the schedule. The store is about 10-15 minutes from the airport, and there is a car specifically for pick-up and drop-off, which is quite convenient. On the day of car pick-up, it was raining heavily, and they even placed two umbrellas in the car for convenience. There is also a phone mount in the car, making it very practical and stress-free.
