Upon arrival at Rafael Hernandez International Airport (BQN), please call our local office at +1 787 877 8888. Our representative will meet with you outside of the Arrivals Terminal, holding a sign with your name on it. You will then be taken to our office at GA Terminal, 579 Hangar Rd (1 minute away) and to your vehicle. Make sure you have a valid drivers license and credit card with you. A security deposit of $1000 will be blocked from your card. You must present valid proof of collision and liability insurance (unless they are included in your booking), otherwise you will be required to purchase it at the rental counter. Driver's License Requirements

The main driver and any additional drivers will need to provide a physical full driving license in their name with no major endorsements. The license should be held for at least 1-2 year(s).
