Upon confirmation of your arrival information by the scheduler, a staff member will be waiting with a picket at the designated time. 4. You will be escorted to your reserved vehicle by our staff to complete the contract and start using the vehicle.

Drop-off Instructions

1. Once you have confirmed the return of the rented vehicle, please inform the agent you originally contacted to schedule the return. It is recommended to do so at least 24 hours in advance. 2. Provide an accurate estimated time of arrival (ETA) at the airport 3 hours before departure. 3. Please ensure the gas tank is filled at the time of initial pickup. Inform us of any unpaid tolls for settlement. Additionally, discuss in advance how any vehicle damage will be paid for. 4. The car rental company representative will specify the designated parking area for the return of the vehicle and contract termination. Please meet them there accordingly. If you require any documents, kindly request them in advance.
