Pick-up Instructions

Collection procedure: We are the first building on the right-hand side after the left bend in the road behind Makro. We offer a free pickup service from Rayleigh and Pitsea Train Stations between 9am and 3pm - please call one hour ahead of pickup with your arrival time and have your reservation details to hand. Collection: Our Drivalia office door is clearly marked, on the front left side of the location.

Drop Off: Use the Drivalia office front bays to park your return rental, please ensure you do not block access across the roadway into the units behind ours.

Rentals are restricted to 100 miles per day excess mileage £0.50 for the course of the rental when going outside of the UK for part of the rental, £40.00 per day green card surcharge applies with a one off £200+VAT fee and drivers need to arrange and produce at point of hire a 5-star euro breakdown cover.
