Pick-up Instructions

Save time with Express Check-In! Contact us by call or text/WhatsApp us at +1 321 415 0866, as soon as your flight departs to streamline your arrival. From Tampa Airport, follow "Ground Transportation" signs to the Rental Car Center via the free train. At the center, proceed to the westbound bus stop for the TPA Rental Car Facility. Our shuttle operates Mon-Sat, 8 AM-6 PM, to transport you to our location if needed. Visit azcarental.com for more details.

Drop-off Instructions

During business hours, please come to the office, the shuttle will take you to the airport in case you need it. After hours, please leave the car parked at our office unlocked with the keys on the sunvisor and let us know.
