Pick-up Instructions

AT THE AIRPORT, Carwiz will meet a customer at King Shaka Airport. A Carwiz representative will be waiting for you with a greeting board in the Arrivals Hall. Please call +27 31 350 4922 or WhatsApp +27 61 963 9632 if you need assistance. Instructions will also be sent out immediately after the booking has been confirmed. Flight number is required prior to arrival date.

Drop-off Instructions

Drive into King Shaka International Airport, Follow overhead signage for departures/drop off. Keep left, proceed up the ramp. Drop off signage is highlighted in yellow. Park vehicle at drop off #4 at the end of the departures terminal. Hand key over to valet team.
