Upon arrival at Arturo Merino Benitez International Airport, once you've collected your luggage, please proceed to the elevator area and go up to the 4th floor. Walk down the "Chile Viaje Infinito" hallway and take the elevator down to the 1st floor again. Upon exiting, you'll need to go to the Patahua parking lot, section C4, where our representative will be waiting for you. Important Please note that tolls and parking fees are NOT included in the rental rate. Self Pick-Up If your rental has a pick-up time after 6:00 PM (18:00), the service will be provided as a self pick-up. This means you'll access the vehicle without assistance from a Flexways representative. To proceed with a self pick-up, it's mandatory that you contact our local office to sign the rental agreement prior to pick-up. You must do so strictly during our office hours, which also applies to coordinating after-hours deliveries (after 6:00 PM): Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (18:00) local time Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays: 9:00 AM to 1:30 PM (13:30) local time For the Third Party Liability (TPL) + Free Km product, customers are required to provide a security deposit to cover potential damages, insurance deductibles, and other charges. This deposit is processed as a temporary hold on a valid credit card in the primary driver's name. The required security deposit amounts are as follows: Economy Vehicles: $2,500 USD Mid-size Vehicles: $2,500 USD SUVs: $3,000 USD

20 - 80 years old

Young Driver Fee applies at 20 - 21 years old with charge of USD 30 per day approximately.

Senior Driver Fee applies at 76 - 80 years old with charge of USD 30 per day approximately.

The main driver and any additional drivers will need to provide a physical full driving license in their name with no major endorsements. The license should be held for at least 1 year(s).

• For foreign renters, you need to bring:

  Original driving licence + International Driving Permit (IDP)

  Please note that an International Driving Permit (IDP) is only a translation. You must present your original driving licence together with the original IDP at the counter — photocopies or scanned copies are not accepted.
