The Platinum Drive AG - Vacations Ag car hire location is located out of the airport

You can arrive of Platinum Drive AG - Vacations Ag car hire by free shuttle bus.

The Explore Vacations AG Shuttle operates every 20 minutes. Customers will be picked up at CHECK IN 2 EXIT, located on the 2nd Floor (Top Floor) of the Arrival Terminal. When ready for pickup, customers must contact our hotline at +41764266465 via Call or WhatsApp. A private shuttle can be arranged for an additional charge with prior notice.

Drop-off Instructions

Customers must return the vehicle to the Rental Station. After checking the vehicle, we will arrange a Shuttle to take you to the Airport. Please notify us of any delays at least 3 hours in advance by calling or sending a WhatsApp message to +41764266465. If you fail to do so, an extra Day Charge will apply after a 1-hour delay, or you may incur a penalty.
