Pick-up Instructions

The Explore - Explore Vacations Ag car hire location is located out of the airport

You can arrive of Explore - Explore Vacations Ag car hire by free shuttle bus.

The Explore Vacations AG Shuttle operates every 20 minutes. Customers will be picked up from CHECK IN 2 EXIT located on the 2nd Floor (Top Floor) of the Arrival Terminal. When ready for pick-up, customers must contact our hotline at +41444423035 via Call or WhatsApp. A private shuttle can be arranged for an additional charge with prior notice.

Drop-off Instructions

Customers must return the vehicle to the Rental Station. After inspecting the vehicle, we will arrange a shuttle to take customers to the airport. We kindly ask customers to inform us of any delays at least 3 hours in advance by calling or messaging via WhatsApp at +41444423035. Failure to do so will result in an extra day charge after a 1-hour delay or a penalty.

Driver's License Requirements

The main driver and any additional drivers will need to provide a physical full driving license in their name with no major endorsements. The license should be held for at least 1 year(s).

For foreign renters, you need to bring:

Original driving licence + International Driving Permit (IDP)

Please note that an International Driving Permit(IDP) is only a translation.You must present your original driving licence with the original IDP at the counter.

For local renters, you need to bring:

Full Driving License issued in Switzerland
