Pick-up Instructions

Please go to Christchurch City Centre branch during business hours and we will prepare the vehicle for you in advance. When picking up the vehicle, please present your driver's license, translation of the driver's license, passport, and credit card in the driver's name.

Drop-off Instructions

Please return the vehicle after filling up the gas tank: the gas tank volume must be the same as when you picked up the vehicle, otherwise a $25 gas service fee will be charged. (Nearby gas station: NPD Moorhouse gas station, only 3 minutes drive from the store.) Keep the car clean: basic cleaning is required, but please keep it clean to avoid additional cleaning fees. After completing the above steps, please return the car keys to the staff. The vehicle inspection process will only take 2 minutes, and the return procedure can be completed.

Driver's License Requirements

The main driver and any additional drivers will need to provide a physical full driving license in their name with no major endorsements. The license should be held for at least 1 year(s).

For foreign renters, you need to bring:

Original driving licence + International Driving Permit (IDP)

Please note that an International Driving Permit(IDP) is only a translation.You must present your original driving licence with the original IDP at the counter.

Original Korea Driving Lisense (English version)

The back of the driver's license must have English translation.
