Upon arrival at Punta Cana International Airport, the client shall inform our team once the immigration process has been completed, all luggage has been collected, and indicate the terminal through which they will exit. Clients will then be met by our personnel and transported in a bus clearly identified with the Carwiz and Very Nice Rent a Car brands. The pick-up will coordinated according to the arrival terminal designated by the client, and all staff members will be properly identified. Prior to arrival, the client will be provided with the name of the rental representative, the details of the pick-up vehicle, and a photograph of the rental officer assigned to meet them at the indicated terminal. Following airport pick-up, the client will be transferred to our office, where the rental agreement will be reviewed and executed, payment will be processed, and a video recording will be made to document the condition of the vehicle at the time of delivery.
