You can walk to the counter of Hertz - Brussels Airport car hire.

***FLIGHT MANDATORY*** FLIGHT NUMBER MUST BE ENTERED AT TIME OF RESERVATION. YOU MUST BE ABLE TO SHOW A VALID BOARDING PASS IF REQUESTED. A valid boarding pass is required when booking a vehicle at this location. Pick-up: When exiting from the Arrivals, please go towards the elevators and escalators on your right-hand side and descend to level 0 (1 floor down). Proceed by exiting the building and follow signs for drop-off zone and car rental parking (straight ahead). Once you arrive at the car rental building, take the elevator to the 3rd floor. Proceed to the Hertz car rental office in the hall on your left-hand side when exiting the elevator. Due to a new European Payment Service Directive, you may need to present your payment card in-person at the location. Returns: When approaching the Airport, follow the specific “Car Rental Return” signs towards the car rental building. Enter the car rental building and follow the Hertz Car Rental Return signs (up to level3). Out of the opening hours, please leave your key in our secure key box, which is situated just next to the Hertz Office.
