Local renters go to car lot.nCOUNTER: 1 block south of the George Bush Turnpike on the west side of Preston Rd at Mapleshade Lane. Avis is in the north corner of the shopping center. CARS: On-site. RETURNS: Same as pick-up. AFTER-HOURS RETURNS: Not accepted.
