Since my schedule was tight, I completed the booking on the platform before departure, with both pick-up and drop-off arranged at Cairo International Airport, which was very convenient. Upon arrival, the rental company staff were already waiting in the designated area. The process of handling the paperwork was efficient and straightforward, and all necessary documents and deposit procedures were communicated in advance, with no hidden charges, which made me feel very assured. As for the vehicle, the Nissan Sunny was in great condition. The exterior was clean and tidy with no visible scratches or damage, and the interior was well-maintained, with the seats and dashboard spotless. During the handover, the staff carefully inspected the vehicle and patiently explained basic details such as fuel level, brakes, and lights to ensure I was fully informed about the car's condition. The entire handover process took only about ten minutes, which was very efficient.

    The car was in good condition with slightly over 20,000 kilometers on it. In Egypt, especially in Cairo where traffic rules are chaotic, the engine performance and braking system are particularly important. The downside was the long wait time for picking up the car, which took almost 2 hours.

    Budget was mediocre with frequent dishonesty, but the customer service from Zuzuche was excellent—responsive and problem-solving, providing a strong sense of security for travel car rentals. Initially, the car was a very old Toyota, which broke down after two or three days. They eventually replaced it with a slightly newer car, which drove very well.

    The car's condition is considered excellent compared to vehicles commonly seen on Egyptian roads. I added unlimited mileage, which turned out to be a great decision; otherwise, it would have been stressful. The rental company's response was very prompt. When I accidentally locked the key in the trunk near the pyramids, they kindly sent someone with a spare key. I'm very grateful.
