Airport Terminal Instructions COUNTER: Budget operates from the Airport Terminal. Located in the short stay car park, directly opposite the departure entrance of the main terminal. RETURNS: Same as pickup. RETURNS: Return to the Budget section within the International rail station car park, Free bus service to the airport (2 min ride). Flights arriving after 2230 will be subject to an out of hours charge of UKL40 VAT.

The car was excellent, Helen helped me on arrival in the Pick up office as I did not understand the details correctly and went straight to the pick up. I was very pleased with the service and staff. I only had one problem with the vehicle regarding the rear hatch, apparently it had jammed so wouldn't open and also could not lock the car.

The lady at the counter in Birmingham Airport wasn't friendly at all, tried to upsell but I had to deny. so she even got more upset. however, I am used to in it as I rent 200 days of a year from different location in the UK and Ireland. hence I am very much aware of their cons and pros.
